The Royal Enfield Bullet 350 BS6 has started reaching select dealerships ahead of its official launch. Unofficial bookings are also already open at select dealerships. We’ve even got our hands on the prices of the Bullet 350 BS6 range -- it starts from Rs 1,27,750 (ex-showroom Chennai) for the standard variant. You can read more about the pricing here. According to our sources, deliveries will commence in a week at the earliest, depending on the dealership.
The Royal Enfield Bullet 350 comes in two variants: standard and ES. The former (pictured here) comes with just a kick start whereas the latter features an electric starter motor. Apart from this, there are also a few cosmetic differences between the two. The ES version features a blacked-out powertrain, body panels, and rims.
The Royal Enfield Bullet 350 BS6 is powered by the same fuel-injected air-cooled engine that does duty in the Classic 350 BS6. It churns out 19.3PS at 5250rpm and 28Nm at 4000rpm. The underpinnings are the same as the BS4 model. It continues with the same telescopic front fork and twin rear shock absorber setup as before. Brakes too remain the same (280mm front disc with single-channel ABS and a 153mm drum at the rear).
Expect Royal Enfield to launch the motorcycle formally in the coming days. It will be the cult bikemaker’s most affordable BS6-compliant motorcycle. With this, the only motorcycle from the brand that’s yet to be updated to comply with BS6 emission norms is the Thunderbird 350.
