Glitzy automobiles, shiny Bollywood stars sparkled the Auto Expo. They shine brighter than any star or moon. And what could have been better than having these super shiny stars unveiling, talking and roving about the super hot automobiles? Where else, other than any award show, would all these many stars be seen? Big B, John Abraham, Farhan Akhtar, Katrina Kaif, Ranbir Kapoor, Lisa Ray! The chill of the capital city went shivering off with the ever hot automobiles on launches and the steaming Bollywood presence!

Big B had an enthusiasm as huge as his personality while launching the DC Avanti. And why not, after all, its India’s first supercar! To quote Mr. Bachchan “With this car, we can now prove to the world that India is not second to any other country. I hope DC continues to do the good work and make us proud.” True to his uber cool image, and after his “Zindagi Na Milegi Dubara” travel maniac performance, Farhan Akhtar was present with Mercedes Benz. Accompanying him were cricketer Irfan Pathan and the well-renowned author Chetan Bhagat.

Ranbir Kapoor, promising to be the most wanted upcoming “Rockstar” gave his car brand an equally appealing effect with his presence. He is the brand ambassador for Nissan. He was present at the Expo to unveil the Nissan Evelia, the company’s multi utility vehicle. What temperature could one expect when there’s an Audi, Katrina Kaif, and Lisa Ray at one pavilion, all together? You feel as if you just found “garma-garam samose, jalebi, and cutting chai” on one deeply chilling winter night! Katrina, the “Chikni Chameli” and the cancer-winning Lisa Ray launched Audi baby Q3.

Now now now! All this about cars. Afterall, Bollywood stars are totally in love with cars. These, they say, represent the starry status. But to talk of bikes and Bollywood, who can represent Bollywood regarding bikes? Who other than the “Force”ful John Abraham! The steams were risen up by John at the Yamaha pavilion. So true he remains to his brand! An avid rider himself, Abraham was there to launch the company’s first scoot for girls, Yamaha Ray. The dimpled hunk said "I have been a big fan of Yamaha for the past 7 years. My association with the brand is growing with each passing day," the charming actor said while addressing the press gathering. Is he sure he was addressing the press gathering? Or was he aiming the gals?
