SWM Superdual T Gets A Price Cut

Motoroyale has lowered the price of the dual-purpose bike for a limited time only

• The Superdual T’s price cut can be availed only by the first 250 buyers or till 31 March 2019.
• Motoroyale had launched the bike in October last year.
• The bike is currently priced at Rs 7.3 lakh (ex-showroom Pune).

Motoroyale has slashed the price of its adventure bike, the SWM Superdual T by Rs 80,000. The bike is currently priced at Rs 7.3 lakh, which means a new effective pricing of Rs 6.5 lakh (both prices, ex-showroom Pune). However, the company has also announced that the price benefit will be made available for either the first 250 buyers or till 31 March 2019.

Unlike some of the popular ADV bikes that are more road-biased, the Superdual T is a proper off-roader that can also be used on the road. The bike is built well to tackle off-road riding and holds up remarkably well even in the face of heavy abuse. These aspects make the Superdual T a unique offering in the Indian market. However, in spite of its inherent strengths, the bike carried a price tag that was not reflective of its parts quality. The lukewarm buyer response to the Superdual T only reinforced this fact and could have possibly forced Motoroyale to reduce its prices.

Powering the SWM Superdual T is a 600cc single-cylinder, fuel-injected engine that produces 54.7PS of power and 55Nm of torque. Further enhancing the bike’s off-roading credentials are bits like tall windscreen, long-travel suspension, dual-purpose tyres and dual-channel ABS.

At this price, the Superdual T will be offered with a full set of accessories including engine protection bars, LED auxiliary lamps, skid plate, pannier mounting points, fog lights, crash guards, knuckle guard and centre stand kit.
