Both variants of the EV see an increment in their prices
Pune-based EV manufacturer Tork Motors has announced the price hike of its electric motorcycle, the Kratos. Both variants of the e-bike, Kratos standard and Kratos R will witness a Rs 10,000 cost increment. While the standard will now cost Rs 1,32,499, the R variant will now come bearing a price tag of Rs 1,47,499 (both ex-showroom Maharashtra post subsidies).
The revised prices for the Kratos are applicable starting January 1, 2023, and this will be the first-ever price hike of the e-bike. The increase in the asking price could be the result of increasing manufacturing costs across all sectors.

Recently, Tork also opened up its first experience centre in Pune, where you can check, book and experience the e-bike yourself before signing the dotted line. Head here for more details on that. Tork has also announced an exchange programme, check it out here.
The Tork Kratos was launched in January this year, six years after it was revealed to Indian audiences. Currently, it is priced at Rs 1,22,499 for the standard variant and Rs 1,37,499 for the ‘R’ variant (both ex-showroom Pune including Fame-II subsidy and State subsidy). It rivals the likes of the Revolt RV400 and Oben Rorr.
