The auspicious occasion of Gudi Padwa saw Tork Motors commence production of ‘Kratos’, its first electric motorcycle.
The Tork Kratos is almost about to hit the roads as the company has commenced production of the electric bike, after launching it in January 2022. The company plans to churn out 500 units per month.
Currently, Tork’s focus lies in the city of Pune and they will deliver the first lot of motorcycles by the end of April 2022. The company will get in touch with the customers soon for further information. Ultimately, the company aims to sell a million electric bikes a year. Tork offers the Kratos in two variants: Standard and R. The former is priced at Rs 1,32,499 whereas the latter is pegged at Rs 1,47,499 (both ex-showroom Pune including subsidies). In the Indian electric motorcycle space, the Kratos goes up against the Oben Rorr. And if you’re looking for a more powerful alternative, you can wait for the Ultraviolette F77, which is all set to be launched soon.
