Upcoming Honda Activa’s Competitor- Hero Duet Spotted at Dealership

Hero MotoCorp is going to launch a new 110cc family scooter in the market against the much popular Honda Activa and other offerings in the respective segment. Hero Duet is now ready to be launched soon and has already arrived at a dealership. 

Styling of the Hero Duel is much like the other family scooters in the market, however, it is a bit more attractive than the others. The headlamp and front indicators have been integrated with the bikini fairing, while the front apron has some curves and a “V” shaped chrome element. Rear panels of the scooter also get some flamboyant curves, making it more interesting. 

Propelling the Hero Duet is a new 110cc motor with CVT transmission, which is expected to provide power up to 8.4bhp and a top torque of 9.4bhp. The scooter will surely offer a great mileage to ensure a great success in the market.

You can see steel plate type wheels with the scooter in the images, which are covered with tubeless tyres. Along with the telescopic front forks, it might get some more advanced features from the another upcoming scooter- Hero Maestro Edge like digital-analog console, light and mobile charger in under-seat storage, service due indicator, side stand indicator and more.

Hero Duet is expected to be priced somewhere between Rs. 47,000 - 50,000 and it will be a very strong competitor against Honda Activa 3G.
