What makes this electric motorcycle unique is that it comes with a single seat
China-based two-wheeler brand Voge has launched its ER 10 electric motorcycle in Italy after unveiling it at the 2019 EICMA and unlike most Chinese two-wheelers that are rip-offs, this one looks quite authentic!
When one talks about an EV, the most critical query is its range. Well, Voge claims the ER 10 can offer about 120km thanks to its removable 4.2kWh lithium-ion battery. It gets a liquid-cooled electric motor with output figures rated at 14kW of peak power and 42Nm of torque from the get-go. Its top speed is limited to 100kmph.
The ER 10 sports LED lights all around with the front turn indicators integrated into the tank cover. It also gets a full-digital display, a USB charger, and keyless operation.

Suspension duties are handled by a 37mm USD fork and a centrally mounted preload-adjustable monoshock (the motor occupies majority of the rear space). The braking hardware comprises a single disc brake at both ends with dual-channel ABS as standard.
The Voge ER 10 rolls on 17-inch wheels wrapped in 110/70 front and 140/60 rear tyres. The e-bike has a seat height of just 800mm and weighs 115kg. Not to mention, the tank offers enough space to store a half-face helmet.
In Italy, the Voge ER 10 retails at EUR 6,590 (approximately Rs 5.86 lakh). The Chinese brand has no intentions of sailing to the Indian shores with its e-motorcycle. However, we do have the Revolt RV400 retailing at a way affordable price tag than the ER 10. Moreover, if you’re in the market for electric scooters, you can also opt for the Ather 450X, Bajaj Chetak or even the TVS iQube Electric, for that matter.
