Vozz 1.0 RS - A New Generation of Helmets

Vozz, an Australian helmet manufacturer, has launched a helmet which has a locking mechanism that eliminates the requirement of a chinstrap. This new helmet is based on an all-new radical design which has never been used before. This design enables the helmet to open from the rear side using hinges which allow the user to lock the helmet without the use of a strap. The concept of Voztec System has been in existence since 2005, but this is the first product launched which uses this concept. It provides better protection to the chin and also adds to the convenience as one can wear the headgear without removing spectacles. Another advantage of this design is that it creates a better barrier for the air which otherwise enters from below the helmet creating a lift at high speeds. This also provides reduced wind noise and better insulation in cold weather conditions.

The company has tied up with an ISO 9000 certified international helmet maker to sell Vozz 1.0 RS worldwide. The helmet has got safety certifications from DOT and ECE, and can be used in Australia and New Zealand. The headgear is priced at $888 and will be available from December 23 at the official online store of the company. Vozz is also offering a warranty of 3 years from the date of purchase or 5 years from the date of manufacture, whichever comes first.
