The past week was packed with launches and it was not just BS6 ones. Honda launched its all-new flagship motorcycle. TVS reintroduced the disc brake variant of the Jupiter with a nifty feature. The upcoming Harley Davidson 338 was spotted as well and more details of the upcoming Meteor spilled in.
Honda Hornet 2.0 Launched:
Honda has launched an all-new 200cc motorcycle called the Hornet 2.0. It replaces the Hornet 160R and gets a sportier bodywork. Besides premium features like an LED headlamp and digital instrument console, the Hornet 2.0 gets an upside-down fork too, a first for Honda bikes manufactured in India. TVS Jupiter ZX Disc Launched:
The Jupiter’s disc brake variants were discontinued at the time of the BS6 launch. It now makes a comeback with the Jupiter ZX disc. Besides a new front disc, the 110cc scooter now gets features like i-Touch start and all-in-one ignition key slot. Kawasaki Vulcan S BS6 Launched:
Kawasaki has launched its mid-size cruiser with a new BS6-compliant motor. Besides a cleaner engine, the Vulcan S BS6 features a dual-tone black and grey paintjob with red accents on the wheels, monoshock, fuel tank and radiator cover. Check prices and engine details here.
Royal Enfield Meteor Brochure Leaked:
New Royal Enfield J-platform motorcycles were spotted testing indicating their imminent arrival. Among them was the upcoming Meteor 350 whose brochure was leaked revealing details about its variants and colours. We knew that Harley-Davidson had partnered with Qianjiang Motorcycles to manufacture small-capacity motorcycles.
