Suzuki Updated Hayate, Let’s and Gixxer:
Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt Ltd has updated its 110cc commuter- Hayate, automatic scooter- Let’s and the 150cc street fighter- Gixxer with some cosmetic updates. The revised version of the Hayate features body coloured side panels with new graphics, maintenance free battery, five-step adjustable rear shock absorbers and tubeless tyres. The new Let’s has received dynamic dual tone colours with sporty checkered flag graphics. And the Gixxer also features vibrant dual tone shades now. Read More
Kinetic to launch MV Agusta in India in November 2015
One of the world’s most premium high-performance superbike brands- “MV Agusta” is finally headed its way to India. Pune’s well-known automobile major, Kinetic Group has signed a partnership with the Italian marque for bringing MV Agusta superbikes to India, and its first motorcycle will be launched in November 2015. The company will launche more products in India over the next 2-3 years as CBUs and SKDs, and they are likely to be priced between INR 12-33 lacs. Read More
Honda Activa Creates History, Achieves One Crore Unit Sales in India
The best selling scooter in India, Honda Activa recently achieved another milestone when it registered a majestic total unit sales of 1 crore since its inception in the year 2001. The first product from Honda’s portfolio in the country, the Activa, succeeded way ahead of the company’s expectations and made the scooter market alive again with its superior all-round performance and premium looks. Honda India Recalls CBR 250R and CBR 150R
Following the global recall of Honda Motor Corporation Limited, its domestic division - Honda Motorcycles and Scooters Ltd (HMSI) also announced that it will be recalling its CBR 250R and CBR 150R bikes soon. The process is going to initiate in mid August and the models manufactured between July 2014 to June 2015 will be liable for the recall. The manufacturer has put this decision as a precautionary check to inspect the starter relay switch and replace it, if necessary. Read More

Yamaha’s MotoGP Duo on Tie After the Brno GP Results
The Duo of Movistar Yamaha MotoGP riders- Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi have come on a tie in the 2015 season. After Lorenzo’s victory at the Brno GP in the Czech Republic, scores of both the riders currently stands at 211 points. UM Motorcycles to be launched at the 2016 Indian Auto Expo
Since the American UM motorcycles were showcased at the 2014 Indian Auto Expo, enthusiasts of the country are waiting for their launch. However, the company was searching for a right partner for local manufacturing and selling its motorcycles here with reasonable price tags. And it found that right partner in Lohiya Auto and released a press note of their joint-venture in September 2014.
