Winners at The India Bike Week 2016

India Bike Week, the biggest bike fest in India, has finally concluded successfully in the country’s party capital, Goa. The fest witnessed loads of competition that included bike customizing contests, stunt championships, hurdle bike race (Dirty 20 Enduro) etc. To make the event even better, the organizers included various musical performances and DJ setups so that the biking festival becomes more interesting and can attract more and more fans. In all, India Bike Week is now considered the coolest fest in the country and Goa being the host of this mega event welcomed thousands of visitors in this mega event. With some great competitions to test the skills of the participants, there are a few who made it big and grabbed the winning trophy. Let’s have a look at the winners who managed to take the first spot in various competitions.

1.Biker Build Off

Biker Build Off

This is the competition which every custom house in the country looks forward to. The biker build off is a competition in which different bike customizers take part and display their creativity by showcasing the machines modified by them. In the past few years, IBW has given a platform to custom-houses for displaying their talents and through which they have gained immense popularity amongst the fans. The 2016 season of India Bike Week got a good number of participants in which Legacy customs won the title of developing the best-customized bike of this year.

2. Dirty 20 Enduro

To test the actual skills of bikers, the fest hosted a competition in which the participants had to face almost 19 hurdled tracks such as bumps, jumps, rings of fire, see-saw, sand, stone and many other obstacles. The Dirty 20 Enduro challenge was opted by many bikers but only some of them managed to go all the way to win the title. A young champ Farhan Sheikh won the trophy of this challenge and was awarded a cash reward of Rs.10,000 by CS Santosh who is the only Indian to complete the Dakar Rally.

3. National Stunt Championship

National Stunt Championship

NSC at India Bike Week 2016 grabbed the maximum footfall as various biking groups flaunted stunts on their toys and received applause by the spectators. The stunt championship had been a tough competition as every other group was trying their best to reach to the finals and then grab the trophy. The final of the championship was won by Istunt team from Mumbai who got Rs.50,000 cash prize and the second and third positions were secured by Hot Pistonz and Steel Silencers, respectively.
