Yamaha Tricity Global unveiling with the R25 on 25th March

Recently, we informed you about the Yamaha's new website- revstation, which hints towards the debut of Yamaha R25 production version on 25th March. We also reported you that the teaser on the website contains a quick shot of a big, sporty scooter. The Scooter in that shot might be the leaning multi wheel scooter Tricity, which was also showcased at the Tokyo Motor Show 2013 as a concept model.

Featuring a light and compact 3-wheel design, Yamaha Tricity sports independent telescopic suspension system on both the front wheels to provide a perfectly balanced leaning action on the turns. The scooter has been designed for urban rides, hence its lighter, smaller and more agile than other three wheelers.

Powered by a very efficient 125cc engine mated with a fully automatic transmission, the scooter will make a perfect balance of economy and performance. Apart from its unique designing and technology, the scooter will get all the basic features of a regular scooter including under-seat boot and comfortable foot board.
