The Royal Enfield Classic 650 has been spied testing and here's everything you need to know about it.

Royal Enfield Classic 650 gets a definitive 'Classic' styling complete with a circular headlight, circular indicators, spoke wheels at both ends, and side panels similar to the Royal Enfield Classic 350.

The Classic 650 will be powered by the same 648cc air-/oil-cooled parallel-twin engine as the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650. Expect the motorcycle to produce the same output figures: 47.6PS and 52Nm, perhaps with a different engine tune. The bike employs a telescopic fork with fork covers, twin rear shock absorbers, and 19-inch front and 18-inch rear spoke wheels wrapped in Metzeler tyres (found on the one spied abroad). Braking is handled by discs at both ends with dual-channel ABS.

The Royal Enfield Classic 650 will likely be launched by October 2024, at around Rs 3.2 lakh (ex-showroom). There are no direct rivals, though the closest neo-retro alternative would be the Kawasaki Z650RS and the upcoming BSA Gold Star.
