The Hero XPulse 421 is an ADV concept by the Jaipur-based manufacturer. The XPulse 421 comes with a rally bike-inspired design and may get a 421cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine.

Hero XPulse 421 Summary
The upcoming Hero XPulse 421 concept was unveiled at EICMA 2024 in Milan, Italy. It now comes with a rally-inspired ADV design instead of the dual-sport design language that we saw in the smaller XPulse 200 4V.
The Hero XPulse 421 features a tall visor, ADV-like side fairing, knuckle guards, a single-piece seat, a golden inverted fork and a slightly upswept exhaust. It also gets an all-LED lighting setup, a bashplate and has spoke wheels setup. It will get disc brakes on both ends, likely to be equipped with switchable ABS.
The XPulse 421 is likely to be powered by an all-new 421cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine delivering around 40PS to 45PS. The ADV is also expected to have a big rear sprocket, that may provide a torquey power delivery and better low-end grunt. It seems to get a 21-inch front and 18-inch rear spoke wheels setup like the smaller XPulses. It seems to have chunkier all-terrain tyres. It will go up against the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 and the 2025 KTM 390 Adventure.
We expect the Hero XPulse 421 to launch in India around late-2025. It is likely to be priced somewhere around the Rs 2.4 lakh (ex-showroom) mark.
