2017 TVS Scooty Zest 110 Launched In Matte Colours

TVS Motor Company’s popular Scooty Zest 110 range just got funkier with the addition of a new matte-coloured series. There are four colour options in the series - Matte Blue, Matte Red, Matte Yellow and Matte Black. The series also get exclusive features, namely - 3D logo, underseat storage light, silver oak interior panels and dual-tone seat colours. The matte series is priced at Rs 48,038, ex-showroom, Delhi, while in Mumbai, it is priced at Rs 50,448, ex-showroom. The Scooty Zest 110 is powered by a BS-IV-compliant 109.7cc engine which makes 7.9PS of power at 7500rpm and 8.4Nm of torque at 5500rpm. The engine is mated to a continuously variable transmission. With a light kerb weight of just 97kg, the company claims that the scooter has the fastest pick-up in its category, taking 11.1sec to reach 60kmph from standstill. The standard feature list includes 19 litres of underseat storage, underseat USB smartphone charger, daytime running light and apron-mounted storage space. The scooter is equipped with telescopic forks up front and a hydraulic monoshock at the rear. The fuel tank capacity stands at 5 litres and the company claims a fuel efficiency figure of 62kmpl. The Scooty Zest 110 competes against the likes of the Honda Activa i, Hero Pleasure and Suzuki Let’s.
