There were lots of speculations doing the rounds in regards to Bajaj’s recent press conference. Most of us thought there would be an announcement regarding Urbanite, the company’s electric endeavour. The video also gives us a glimpse of the colour options available for the updated mini-hypertourer. Basically, there are four shades to choose from: matte black, red, blue and white. Additionally, the video reveals new rear view mirrors, upside-down forks in what looks like brushed aluminium finish, and a two-port exhaust. Aside from these changes, the positioning of the front disc brake has also been changed. It now sits on the left-hand side. This may hint at the fact that Bajaj could be using the KTM’s suspension setup to cut costs. However, it may be tuned to be on the softer side to suit the touring character of the bike.
