Over 100 Hayabusas were reportedly sold out in just 60 minutes after the bookings opened
Once again, the 2021 Suzuki Hayabusa has flown off shelves. This time, it was reportedly sold out just 60 minutes after official bookings had commenced on Suzuki’s website, thus beating its own personal record of 24 hours established during the first lot.
To be fair, unofficial bookings for the second batch had already been underway before the Japanese giant’s official announcement of the 2021 Busa’s launch, which could be one reason why the Dhoom bike was sold out so quickly.

Not to forget, there’s also the brilliant value-for-money factor and the huge fanbase. Suzuki launched the 2021 Hayabusa in India at Rs 16.40 lakh (ex-showroom), just about Rs 2.35 lakh over the second-gen ‘Busa. For the extra money, you get a better-rounded motorcycle with a more radical design and a host of new electronic aids, topped off by the same 1,341cc inline-four powerhouse in a BS6-trim.
Moreover, Suzuki claims the Hayabusa has gotten more easygoing and tractable for city usage, thanks to a more linear yet punchier power delivery.
