The latest spy shots give us a clearer look at the bike’s overall design and riding posture. It gets a design like any other commuter motorcycle in the Indian market

Update: The Bajaj Freedom 125 CNG Bike has been launched in India at Rs 95,000 (ex-showroom)

Bajaj CNG Bike Spied Testing Again Ahead

Bajaj is all set to launch its first CNG bike on July 5, and just weeks ahead of the official launch, the bike has been spotted testing once again.. Bajaj has been testing the bike quite extensively, and the latest spy shots provide us with a clearer look at the bike’s overall design and riding posture.

At the front, the CNG bike features a round headlight, likely to be LED, along with bulb-type indicators. It has an easy-to-reach braced handlebar and mid-set footpegs that provide a comfortable and upright riding posture. The single-piece seat is long and overlaps the fuel tank, under which the CNG cylinder is placed. The tail section looks slim and has a number plate holder, indicators and a sleek grab rail. It is a more rugged version without the knuckle guards, and gets fork gaiters instead of fork covers.

The Bajaj CNG bike was previously spotted with a fully digital instrument console. It also had a blue button on the left side of the switchgear, which may be used to switch fuel modes (petrol and CNG) manually.

The bike gets a telescopic fork and a monoshock. It seems to have drum brakes on both ends and rides on 17-inch alloy wheels. It has an upswept exhaust, and there is a saree guard on the left side of the bike.

Earlier, the bike was expected to be called ‘Bajaj Bruzer,’ after Bajaj had filed a trademark for the name, however, we believe the bike could likely be called ‘Bajaj Fighter.’ The reason for this is that the bike is actually codenamed Bruzer internally, and the trademark for the ‘Fighter’ name was filed recently, and fits the personality of the bike well and would be simpler to say, as compared to Bruzer.

We expect the Bajaj CNG bike to be priced at around Rs 80,000 (ex-showroom). It will rival other everyday commuter bikes like Hero Splendor Plus, TVS Radeon, Honda Shine 100, and Bajaj Platina 110.
