Bajaj Auto has increased the prices of the CT100, CT110, Platina 100 and Platina 110 H-Gear. This is the first price hike since its BS6 update. The minimum price hike is around Rs 500 for the CT100 range while the maximum shoots up to about Rs 750 for the Platina range. The updated prices are:
*all ex-showroom Delhi
Bajaj has also bumped up prices for some other models like the Pulsar 150, Pulsar 220F and Pulsar RS200. You can read about it here. We believe it may be due to increasing commodity and raw material costs.
On a related note, Bajaj’s BS6 transition led to the culling of a couple of entry-level commuter motorcycles. This includes bikes like the Platina 110, Bajaj V12, V15, Discover 110 and 125. While the BS6 Avenger Street 220 isn’t listed on Bajaj’s website, it is on its way and will be launched once the lockdown is lifted.
