BMW R1200GS: The Adventure Tourer Designed to Rule the Roads

Coming next on the list after R nineT and S1000RR is BMW's R1200GS, which is an adventure tourer by the international manufacturer. This one of the latest machines by the company has the looks of a beast, thanks to its good height and broad appearance. R1200GS has mostly opted for the long tours and is a perfect choice for the riders who are prefer carrying huge saddle bags and plenty of luggage with them. The machine also has a sharp front side that helps it reach a good pace on the streets. The bike is powered by an 1170cc,  boxer (flat) twin-cylinder engine with 4-valves per cylinder, and is capable of producing 110bhp of power at 7,750rpm as well as 120Nm of peak torque at 6,000rpm. Its powerful mill is mated to 6-speed transmission. This bike will be offered to the Indian market by late 2016 or early 2017.
