Want to give your Royal Enfield Classic a more rugged appearance? Well, Bolt On Design from Chennai has launched a scrambler kit for the Royal Enfield Classic 350 and Classic 500. The kit comprises of fenders with brackets, a seat assembly and a side-mounted number plate. Bolt On ships the kit to you along with a tutorial video and claims that the entire kit can be installed in half an hour.

There is no welding, cutting or grinding required -- everything just bolts into place. The flat seat unit sits on a raised rear fender and a small tail-lamp is installed on the back of the seat. Indicators are LED units, the rear number plate is mounted on the rear axle and the front fender is raised as well. 

Colours are customisable and Bolt On offers a 12 month guarantee against paint fade. There is also a 3 month warranty on all parts against manufacturing defects. Thanks to an introductory offer, the kit is priced at Rs 8,999 until the end of this month, after which it will cost Rs 12,999. The aftermarket tyres, exhaust system and handlebar seen on this bike are sold separately, and the rotated orientation of the number plate is not legal. Buyers will have to make sure the characters on the number plate are vertical.
