BREAKING: Here’s What The Ather 450S Console Looks Like

The more affordable electric scooter has been teased ahead of its official launch on July 3

Ather Energy has teased the 450S once again, giving us a detailed first look at the affordable electric scooter’s console. Priced at Rs 129,999 (ex-showroom includingFAME 2), the 450S is set to launch on August 3. 

For perspective, the Ather 450X costs Rs 1,65,435 and Rs 1,44,921 with and without the ProPack (both ex-showroom Bangalore, including FAME 2 subsidy). The 450S will sit much below these EVs, losing out on a few fancy features.

The Ather 450S gets a new colour LCD unit, unlike the more premium TFT console found on the Ather 450X. It displays information including speedometer, odometer, distance to empty (DTE), time and ride modes. This also indicates that it will get more than one standard ride mode.

Apart from that, the e-scooter features a 3kWh battery pack, claiming an IDC (Indian Driving Conditions) range of 115 km and a top speed of 90kmph. Head here for more details on the e-scooter.

With its competitive price tag, the Ather 450S will compete against the Bajaj Chetak, TVS iQube, Ola S1 Air and the Vida V1 Pro upon launch.
