BREAKING: Hero Splendor Plus With Silver Nexus Blue Colour Launched

The colour variant accentuates the iconic appeal of the bike

Hero MotoCorp has launched a new Silver Nexus Blue colour for the Splendor Plus. The highest-selling bike manufacturer in India has been busy updating its portfolio with interesting upgrades (read the introduction of the Xtec range) and now, it’s made the iconic Splendor Plus a bit more vibrant with the new scheme. 

While there is no change in the design of the Splendor Plus, the Silver Nexus Blue scheme does come with a few styling updates. The bike now comes dipped in silver with attractive-looking blue graphics on the fuel tank and side panels. Another interesting bit of this scheme is the blacked-out alloy wheels, same as the ones found on the Splendor Plus Xtec variant. Overall, with the new colour scheme, the workhorse of India looks classier than ever.

Apart from that, the bike remains completely unchanged with its frugal engine and reliable underpinnings. That said, we have tested the Splendor Plus Xtec extensively, and here is what we think about it. You can also check out its impressive mileage figures here.

The Splendor Plus Silver Nexus Blue colour option is available only in the i3S technology variant, and bears a price tag of Rs 72,978 (ex-showroom Delhi), Rs 1,000 more than the standard colours. In the commuter motorcycle segment, It rivals the Honda CD 110 Dream, Bajaj CT110, TVS Radeon and the TVS Sport.
