2015 EICMA show is going perfectly well and most the two-wheeler giants have presented their best offerings. Following the same, Bimota, the Italian manufacturer of custom and production motorcycle presented their share of wheels by introducing Tesi 3D RaceCafe and Bimota Impeto.
The hyper naked Impeto has borrowed 1198cc v-twin Testastretta 11° DS engine from Ducati Diavel and will be offered with an option of Bimota Supercharger Kit that will help the bike to boost up its power and torque by 15-20 percent (for track use only). The stock model generates the output of 162 bhp. The bike can be further upgraded with a “Bimota Experience Kit”, which replaces the stock alloy wheels with swingarm along with a carbon fibre unit. The motorcycle also has some additional features such as traction control, ride-by-wire and ABS.
Along with Impeto, the company also revealed Tesi 3D RaceCafe, which is a cafe racer variant of naked Tesi 3D. The powering is done by an 803cc engine, and the bike retains its hub-centered steering system from the original model. The bike uses Ohlins Shockers at both the ends and height of the bike can be raised or lowered by 23mm by adjusting the suspensions at both the ends.
The company did not reveal any information about the pricing of both the model. Stay tuned for more updates in the 2015 EICMA.
