The RV400 now costs even less than the TVS iQube e-scooter

Joining the EV price reduction bandwagon, Revolt Motors has revised the price of the RV400. The electric motorcycle now retails for Rs 90,799 (ex-showroom Delhi) and Rs 1,06,999 in rest of the cities, courtesy the Fame 2 subsidy. Compared to the previous price, the Revolt RV 400 now costs Rs 28,201 less. The new pricing doesn’t affect the RV400’s list of features or specifications.

Earlier today, bookings were opened for a short span for a token amount of Rs 3,999. The brand has said it will be reopened soon. Revolt is currently present across six cities in India: Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Ahmedabad, and Hyderabad.

The Revolt RV400 uses a 3kW motor and a 3.42kWh lithium-ion battery. It offers a maximum range of 150km in Eco mode with its top speed limited to 85kmph. On the feature front, the RV400 gets three riding modes: Eco, Normal and Sport. Apart from the LED lights and geo-fencing, you also get smartphone connectivity that allows you to access vehicle data via the MyRevolt App.

The Revolt RV400 doesn’t have any direct rivals given the scarcity of electric motorcycles in India. Its closest competitor is the Kabira Mobility KM 3000, while you can also check out other premium electric scooters such as the Ather 450X, TVS iQube Electric, and the Bajaj Chetak.
