Flaunts of a couple of cosmetic changes
What seems to be an updated version of the Yamaha XMax 300, has been spotted testing abroad. While the maxi- scooter sports a similar overall design, there are a couple of cosmetic changes visible on closer observation.
Up front, the XMax 300 now seems to get a Ducati Panigale-revised headlight and is now housed in a reesigned front apron. . The indicators too, are now placed adjacent to the windscreen, integrated into a sleek winglet-like element, instead of motorcycle-style units. Talking about the windscreen, a few panels around it seem to have been changed as well. Lastly, the tail light now appears to be a bit more compact too, however, it could also seem so due to the heavy masking on the panels.

While these are the visible changes, there might be a couple of changes under the skin too. The Europe-spec XMax 300 makes 28PS and 29Nm from its 292cc single cylinder liquid-cooled engine as of now. While the scooter is unlikely to come to India, Yamaha does offer the smaller-engined, sporty Aerox 155 here.
