Hero Honda Passion Pro CWG Edition launched in India

Hero Honda, the biggest name in the two wheeler brands has come with a unique concept of launching Passion Pro Commonwealth Games limited edition motorcycle. The news was made public on 8th October 2010. The cost of the bike is kept at a normal range of Rs 46,300 so that the product is available to larger group of customers.
 

Hero Honda Motors senior vice president (marketing and sales) Anil Dua said  “We are confident that the bike will be a craze amongst the sports-loving youth owing to its design, looks and irresistible features,”

The purpose behind launching the bike is to demonstrate the active association of the company with the Games. The company has taken a smart move by launching this product in the season of sports craze. Biker will find this model far more attractive due to widely spread game fewer.

 “The new bike has an all-white body with sporty looks, striking new dual-tone blue and green graphics inspired by the colors of the Games,” Dua said in a statement.

Passion Pro Commonwealth Games limited edition motorcycle comes with the special XIX CWG 2010 insignia on its side cover giving it a high style definition.

This big launch will be preceded by another two major launches of new Super Splendor and Splendor Pro.

The Passion bike brand was introduced in 2001 and till date it is one of the largest selling bikes in the country. The brand was renewed in 2003 as Passion Plus and Passion Pro was launched in 2008 with power start.

The company is known as a corporate promoter of sports in India and has been associated with hockey, cricket and golf.
