Hero Motocorp Retail Sales Cross Record 1 million units in Festive Season

Country’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer, Hero MotoCorp, has added another feather to its cap. The company has successfully sold over 1 million units during this festive season starting from Navaratri. Hero Motocorp has registered overall 11 % growth as compared to the sales figures recorded during this season in the previous year.

The exact numbers for specific models are not yet clear, but Passion Pro and Glamour are clear winners and have helped the company to reach this seven-digit mark. The company also witnessed a great demand for the new Splendor PRO. Coming to the scooters, the Maestro and Pleasure maintained the steady demand while the newly launched Maestro Edge and Duet got the good response from the market. According to the company officials, Hero Motocorp is focused on taking this momentum forward to drive similar growth for rest of the year and beyond.



We can expect Hero to bring few new variants before the Delhi Auto Expo 2016, including the company’s highly awaited performance motorcycle, Hero HX250R.
