In countries like India, consumers are very conscious about fuel-efficiency. It might get a wide range of color options and is expected to be launched this year at a price tag of around Rs. 55,000.
The new Splendor iSmart is powered by an 110cc, air-cooled, 4-stroke, single cylinder engine. The motor is coupled with four-speed gearbox and generates 9 percent more power than its younger sibling and 6 percent more mileage than the Splendor iSmart.
Talking about the design, the bike is fitted on a single downtube frame. It shares some design cues with Splendor iSmart but has some additional features such as a traditional instrument console, split grab rails, five spoke alloy wheels, thin-section tyres. For braking, the manufacturer has loaded the bike with 130mm and 110mm drum brakes at the front and the rear, respectively. The bike has also been loaded with telescopic forks at the front and twin shock absorbers at the rear.
