Hero is hoping to offer EV buyers a ‘worry-free’ EV ecosystem, and ‘tech-first’ will be its primary outlook towards the customer experience. The store is on Vittal Mallya Road in Bengaluru, a posh locality which attracts many youngsters because of its many eateries and pubs. When Hero Vida launched the V1 recently, we were a little disappointed with the limited number of cities in which one could see, engage and buy the new e-scooter. However, Hero did assure us that it will expand slowly beyond Bengaluru, Jaipur and Delhi.
