Since the Husqvarna Svartpilen 200 will be manufactured in India, it will definitely be launched in our market. At the unveil, Husqvarna India officials did confirm that they have plans to expand the Husqvarna range in India, and we feel that the Husqvarna Svartpilen 200 will be launched by early 2021 as the brand will now focus on the Husky 250 duo. As for pricing, the Swedish brand will carry a premium over the KTMs in India, since the current 200 Duke retails for Rs 1.62 lakh (ex-showroom), expect the Husqvarna Svartpilen 200 to retail for around Rs 1.85 lakh (ex-showroom).
