Jawa To Launch Nine New Showrooms This Week

This follows the inauguration of 18 new dealerships across India a little over a week ago

• The nine new dealerships will be inaugurated on 15 and 16 March. 
• Jawa aims to launch 105 dealerships across the country under its Phase-1 plan.
• Deliveries for the first batch of bikes is expected to commence towards the end of this month.
• The launch of the Jawa Perak has been pushed to the end of 2019.

Jawa has announced that it will be inaugurating new dealerships within this week. With this, the brand seems to be inching closer towards its goal of launching 105 dealerships across India according to its Phase-1 plan. In fact, 18 new dealerships were added to the tally a little over a week ago. And now, Jawa will launch four new showrooms in Gachibowli, Satara, Anantapur and Gorakhpur on 15 March. Another five dealerships at Puducherry, Mount Road - Chennai, Solapur, Varanasi and Allahabad will be inaugurated the very next day.

Thanks to the overwhelming response, both the Jawa and Jawa Forty Two have been sold out until September 2019. In fact, the iconic bikemaker claims to have ramped up production in order to meet customer demands. Deliveries for the first lot of bikes is expected to commence towards the end of this month or early next month. 

Also, since the company is focusing most of its resources in meeting production targets, they’ve been left with no choice but to push the launch of the much-awaited Jawa Perak to the end of 2019. The Jawa and Jawa Forty Two are priced at Rs 1.64 lakh and 1.55 lakh (both prices are ex-showroom) respectively, while the ABS variants command a premium of around Rs 9,000 over the standard models.
