Kawasaki Giving Heavy Discounts On Z250, ER-6n and Ninja 650

The discounts vary from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 1.5 lakh depending on the model

As the BS-IV norms become compulsory from April 1, India Kawasaki Motor seems on a mission to clear the stock of its BS-III models. The company is offering heavy discounts, varying from Rs 1 lakh to 1.5 lakh, on its Z250, ER-6n and the Ninja 650. It is a limited period offer and customers can avail this offer by paying a token amount of Rs 1 lakh to book their bikes. The dealers claim that the bikes will be released within 15-20 days of booking and customers can ride their bike once full payment is made.

Kawasaki Z250

The most affordable Kawasaki in India, the Z250 is a naked sport motorcycle that is inspired by the aggressive looking Z800. The bike is powered by a 249cc, liquid-cooled parallel-twin motor that churns out 32PS of power at 11,000rpm and delivers a peak torque of 21Nm at 10,000rpm. On road price of the bike in Pune is Rs 3.92 lakh but this limited period discount gives you a chance to own it for just Rs 3 lakh.

Kawasaki Ninja 650

One of the most popular superbikes in India, the Kawasaki Ninja 650 is a perfect middleweight touring motorcycle. Powered by a 650cc, parallel-twin, the bike offers 72.1PS of power and 64Nm of torque with a twist of your hand. Built on a double-pipe steel perimeter frame, the bike gets 41mm front telescopic forks and an offset laydown monoshock unit with preload adjustability at the rear. Handling braking duties are dual semi-floating 300mm petal discs at the front and a single 220mm petal disc at the rear. The bike comes with an on-road price tag of Rs 6.36 lakh in Pune but this discount lets you ride home a Ninja 650 for just Rs 4.86 lakh.

Kawasaki ER-6n

The perfect middle-weight sportbike for starters, the Kawasaki Er-6n is a naked sport version of the popular Ninja 650. The bike is based on the same platform with some changes in the riding geometry, providing a more upright seating posture, and giving the front fairing a miss. The bike costs around Rs 5.92 lakh on-road in Pune, but during the discount period, you can get one for just Rs 4.42 lakh.
