Kawasaki Planning to launch Ninja ZX-10R and ZX-14R in India

The Japanese two-wheeler giant Kawasaki is planing to launch its 2 high end Super-sport motorcycles- Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R and ZX-14R in the Indian market, this year. The motorcycles will be marketed by Bajaj Pro-Biking Dealership, which is the same dealership, selling Kawasaki Ninja 300R, 650R and KTM Duke 200, 390. The bikes are expected to be routed to India with a price tag of around 15 lakh ( ZX-10R) and 17 lakh (ZX-14R).
The Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14R is the world's fastest and most powerful production bike with a top speed of 334.99kmph, which is electronically restricted at 299kmph. The bike is capable to achieve 0-100kmph in just 2.62 seconds (the world's fastest car Bugati Veyron does it in 2.46 seconds). It takes its 210PS with ram air effect from a new 1441cc, liquid cooled, inline-four engine.
The Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R is powered by a 998cc, liquid cooled, inline-four mill to get an output of 197PS using ram air effect. Top speed of the bike is 290kmph, and it can achieve 0-97kmph in just 2.84 seconds. Both the bikes are equipped with many latest technologies like- dual throttle valve, 3-mode Kawasaki TRaction Control (KTRC) system, power mode selection, ABS etc.
