The Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4R is all set to be launched tomorrow in India
Kawasaki is set to shake up the sub-500cc sportbike market in India with the upcoming debut of the Ninja ZX-4R. This high-performance supersport motorcycle boasts aggressive styling and a unique design. But what really sets it apart is its 400cc four-cylinder engine, delivering a staggering 77PS – 80PS with the ram air intake – all peaking at 14,500rpm.
To complement this impressive powerplant, Kawasaki has equipped the ZX-4R with top-notch hardware, including a Showa separate function USD fork, a vertically mounted preload-adjustable monoshock, and substantial dual disc brakes up front. Remarkably, it has a kerb weight of just 189kg.

In the electronics department, this bike doesn't disappoint either. It offers a range of features such as power modes, smartphone connectivity, traction control, a quickshifter, a slip-and-assist clutch, and lots more.
And now for the price tag. The Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4R is expected to retail at a price tag of around Rs 8-9 lakh, making it significantly more expensive than other 400cc bikes in the market. However, it's important to note that this motorcycle is in a league of its own within the segment.
