This Chinese 150cc retro-scooter costs an equivalent of Rs 2.90 lakh
Peugeot Motorcycles have launched the Django TT in the Chinese market. The new retro-styled scooter is priced at Yuan 23,800 (around Rs 2.90 lakh) and is offered in two colour options: Lake Blue and Phantom Grey.
Django TT sports a retro and bulky look, thanks to its big body panels. The fascia of the scooter mounts an LED headlight, twin LED DRLs and a big chrome grille with the Peugeot logo (Lion emblem) right at the centre. And for mounting luggage, the Django TT features a carrier at both ends, with the rear unit having a load capacity of 7kg.
Moving to the side, you'll see that the scooter gets split-type contoured seat, large body panels with a chrome stripe, air intake vents and 'Django TT' badge.
On the features front, the Django TT comes equipped with an 8.5-litre apron-mounted plastic fuel tank (left), lockable glove box (right), analogue speedometer and an LCD dash that shows information such as fuel gauge, total mileage, trip details, time, temperature, battery voltage and maintenance reminders.

Powering the Peugeot Django TT is a 150cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that makes 12.64PS and 13.2Nm. The ride of the scooter is handled by a USD fork at the front and a monoshock at the rear. For braking, it employs a disc at both ends, assisted by ABS.
The scooter rolls on 12-inch alloy wheels that come wrapped in tyres, having a 120-/section unit at both ends.
