TVS also sells the Apache RR 310 and the Apache RTR 200 4V there
The Race Edition of India’s sportiest 125cc scooter, the TVS NTorq 125, has been launched in the Philippines, at the Makina Auto Show, in the country. It’s become the first TVS scooter to be launched in the Southeast Asian country. It, along with the Apache RR 310 and the Apache RTR 200 4V joins TVS’ two-wheeler fleet in the country.
In terms of design, it’s no different than the NTorq 125 Race Edition that’s here in India. Right from the T-shaped LED DRL to the chequered flag, this one too looks aggressive and every bit sporty. This one, too, comes with TVS’ SmartXonnect, giving you access to a whole bunch of connected features, all of which can be accessed through a fully digital instrument console.
9.4PS at 7000rpm and 10.5Nm at 5500rpm means that the Philippines-spec NTorq 125’s heart is the same as the Indian one.
What our NTorq 125 boasts of (kind of) is a bigger 5.8-litre tank, 0.8-litres more than its Philippines’ counterpart. Given how loved the NTorq 125 is, among enthusiasts in India, there’s a good chance it’ll do well in the Philippines too, a country with enough enthusiasts.
