The Royal Enfield Hunter 350 has been spotted testing once again, this time with a bunch of accessories ahead of its debut next month. Interestingly, these accessories are different from the ones that the spy shots that surfaced last year.
This time, the test mule was spotted fitted with touring-based accessories such as a pillion backrest, a small flyscreen and a commuter pannier on the right side. Yes, these are the same accessories that are already available for its cruiser sibling, the Meteor 350. The roadster has taken a retro-modern design approach with a round halogen headlamp, round instrument console, tear-drop shaped fuel tank, a compact rear with a circular tail lamp and bulb indicators.

The motorcycle will be powered by the same 349cc, counterbalanced single-cylinder engine as the Meteor 350 and Classic 350. It is also expected to produce the same 20.4PS and 27Nm output figures as its siblings. We expect it to get the Meteor 350’s state of tune, which is slightly sportier than the Classic 350.
We expect the bike to come with a price tag of Rs 1.7 lakh (ex-showroom), and will likely be offered in two variants. At that price, it’ll be the most affordable bike based on the J-Series platform and its closest rivals will be the Honda CB350RS and Jawa 42 2.1.
