The latest entry-level adventure tourer from Royal Enfield - the Himalayan is all set to be unveiled in the country on 2nd February. The bike has generated a huge amount of hype since its was first spied. The huge number of fan following that the company possesses in the country makes this upcoming product even more anticipated. Significant details of Himalayan were unveiled in a number of images and two videos on the company’s official website a few days ago.
Following that, the company has now released a new video of the machine that fully reveals the exhaust note of the Himalayan. The clip shows the rider’s view of the bike running over rough surfaces. The bike will come powered by a 410cc, four-stroke, air-cooled engine that is expected to generate around 25bhp of power and 32Nm of torque. Besides this, the bike receives panniers at the front to hold luggage or small petrol containers. The Himalayan has been equipped with dual disc brakes to provide a good stopping power. Other features include an analog-digital instrument cluster, upswept exhaust and off-roading tyres.
Being the first motorcycle in this category by the company, the Himalayan will surely open gates for those who look for a proper adventure bike without putting stress on their pockets.
