The Royal Enfield Hunter 350 has been spied yet again. However, this time around, it has been spotted testing some of its official accessories. The Royal Enfield Himalayan was also spied alongside, featuring a new ribbed seat likely to be more comfortable than the standard one. This touring-oriented seat could be offered as an accessory soon.

Coming back to the Hunter 350. The test mule was spotted sporting a compact engine guard, similar to the one available for the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650. It also gets a solid-looking metal bash plate. A closer look at the rear reveals braces acting as saddle stays for the throw-over style soft panniers. It also comes with add-ons like a small cushioned pillion backrest and tail rack, which should make the motorcycle a little more comfortable for touring.

Like the bike spotted earlier, this test mule also comes with an offset instrument cluster. This should go well with the Tripper Navigation pod that is likely to be offered as an option. The motorcycle will share its powertrain with the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 and is also expected to make the same 20.4PS and 27Nm as the cruiser.

Underpinnings include a gaitered telescopic front fork, twin rear shock absorbers, and disc brakes at both ends (with dual-channel ABS). The tyres are Ceat Zoom XL units, which isn’t surprising as Ceat is the official supplier for Royal Enfield’s entire lineup, including the Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 (the brand switched from Pirelli to Ceat rubber back in January).

Royal Enfield could launch the Hunter 350 some time in the second half of this year, considering all the delays due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. The 2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350, however, could hit the streets before the Hunter 350 comes prowling. You can read all about the Classic here.
