The Meteor 350 has now crossed the Rs 2 lakh mark
Chennai-based bikemaker Royal Enfield has hiked the prices of its top old-school thumpers: the Meteor 350, the Interceptor 650, and the Continental GT 650. The bump in price ranges from around Rs 6,000 to Rs 8,400, depending on the model and colour. Check out the new prices in the table below:

The worst hit of the lot is the Meteor 350, with its Supernova variant now retailing at over Rs 2 lakh. What this means is the top variant now costs almost Rs 13,000 more than its arch-rival, the Honda H’ness CB350’s DLX Pro. Even the Meteor’s base model now costs roughly Rs 3,000 more than the CB350’s entry model.
As for the flagship thumpers, the Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 have gotten dearer by up to Rs 6,486 and Rs 6,809 respectively. With this revision, the Interceptor’s Mark 2 Chrome colour has surpassed the Rs 3 lakh mark for the first time. Nevertheless, the 650 twins remain the most affordable 650cc motorcycles in India.
