Royal Enfield Roadside Assistance Now Available On Their Mobile App

Royal Enfield has launched the Road Side Assistance (RSA) service for existing customers on their mobile application.

Owners of Royal Enfield motorcycles who have valid RSA no longer need to look for toll-free numbers online, they can simply access the service with the touch of a button on the app. All they have to do is open their RE app and request RSA. This assures that a technician will be deployed to the breakdown location for minor faults and immediate repair requirements.

RSA also assures that the service and labour costs are covered by Royal Enfield, while the customer only has to pay for parts that aren’t covered under warranty or the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).

Any mechanical breakdowns, electrical failures and accidents that occur on National highways, State highways or motorable roads throughout the country will be handled on the spot or towed to the nearest service centre if necessary. If a customer wants to avail RSA at their residence or office, RSA services can be availed only twice during the tenure of a contract.

Digital RSA is only available for India for now, where it is complimentary for the first year and then it has to be renewed annually with a fee of Rs 999.
