Suzuki GSX-S 1000 Gets More Attractive

Suzuki Motorcycles India Private Ltd (SMIPL) is giving a Rs. 50,000/- discount to its customers who buy their litre-class flagship naked super sports - the GSX-S1000. The manufacturer is also offering a free Kushitani armored riding jacket worth Rs. 60,000/- with the bike. SMIPL has recently updated their official Facebook page with the offer which is valid until 31st March.
Suzuki GSX-S1000 is powered by a 999cc, four-stroke, four-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that comes mated to a six-speed gearbox. The fuel injected motor cranks out a maximum power of 143.5 Bhp with a peak torque of 106 Nm. Besides a naked, free-flowing design, the bike also gets a three-way traction control system and Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) as standard safety features.
The bike is currently available at a price of Rs. 12.25 lac (ex-showroom, Delhi). With this offer, the GSX-S1000 will now cost Rs. 11.75 lac (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Suzuki had recently dropped the price of its acclaimed Hayabusa by Rs. 2.38 lacs by opting for the CKD route for the motorcycle. The company today launched the 2016 Access 125 that will compete with the Honda Activa 125 and the upcoming Mahindra Gusto 125.
