Suzuki Let's Launch scheduled for April, 2014

The emerging two wheeler manufacturer in India, Suzuki Motorcycles India Limited (SMIL) is all set to launch its new 110cc scooter Let’s in India soon. The scooter will be launched in April this year, confirmed by Atul Gupta, VP, Suzuki India to us in an exclusive interview. Suzuki is expecting a sales of 10,000 units per month intially, said Mr. Gupta.

The company introduced the Suzuki Let’s in January in the presence of Bollywood actress- Parineeti Chopra, who is also the brand ambassador for the company. The scooter again unveiled at the 12th Auto Expo. The light and zippy scooter gets a powerful 110cc, forced air cooled, single cylinder engine with Suzuki Eco Performance (SEP) technology, making it capable to deliver best-in-class performance. Mated with smooth CVT, the engine churns out a maximum power of 8.7bhp at 7,500rpm and 9Nm of peak torque at just 5,500rpm.

Along with a very sporty design, Suzuki Let’s gets telescopic front forks for better comfort and claims to return a best-in-class mileage of upto 63kmpl. The scooter is expected to be priced under Rs. 50,000 and it will be available in 5 vibrant colours- Pearl Mira Red, Metallic Triton Blue, Pearl Mirage white, Glass Sparkle Black and Metallic Sonic Silver.
