Suzuki V-Storm 1000 launched in India

Suzuki Motorcycles India is ready to rock the Indian market with the launch of its new blazing 1000cc adventure bike, Suzuki V-Storm 1000, priced at Rs.14.5 lakh. The company launched the bike at the 12th Indian Auto Expo 2014 and will bring this product in India via completely-built-up (CBU) route.

Suzuki V-Storm 1000 is a sporty looking, all terrain bike, which features a 4-stroke, liquid-cooled, DOHC, 90Ë? V-twin engine that displaces 1037cc. On this machine, riders can discover their own path to carry on the journey. Twin disc brakes at the front and single disc brake at the rear along with the Anti-lock brake system are there in the bike for superior safety. Inverted telescopic forks for the front and Link type suspensions for the rear are used to make the ride smooth and comfortable.

Adventure is a whole new category of bikes for the people of India. The only bike with which Suzuki V-Storm 1000 will compete is Triumph Tiger 800 XC, which has been launched recently at Rs.12.51 lakh in the Indian market.
