TVS can sell Flame till Nov 30

TVS Motor Company can sell its 125cc bike Flame till November 30. This is the order of the Apex Court in favour of TVS. However, TVS has to depend on the final verdict of Madras High Court as the Supreme Court directed the High Court to give a final verdict by November 30. In the meantime , TVS will have to keep a record of sales till November 30. It may be recalled that using twin-spark plugs was the issue of battle between TVS and Bajaj Auto. After the SC verdict, both the companies are at different take. Bajaj Auto said that a copyright infringement by TVS is still there and that is to be resolved by November 30. on the other hand, TVS has claimed that the decision proves that their st and was right.
