TVS to launch 3 new products in March

The home grown two wheeler manufacturer- TVS is all set to launch 3 new products including Scooty Zest, new Wego and Star City Plus. The products are already unveiled at the Auto Expo 2014. All the three products are getting both technical and cosmetic upgrades and all of three products will be launched next month.

TVS Star City plus is an upgraded version of the company's best selling commuter platform- Star City. Not only appearance, but the technology of the bike also draws inspiration from the 125cc TVS Phoenix. The bike looks totally redesigned with more stylish continuous rear cowls and new sporty exhaust muffler.

Star City has an all new 110cc Ecothrust DLI engine, which delivers an unmatched performance along with best-in-class fuel economy. The completely new, breakaway styling exudes a definitive road presence endorsing the concept “style never goes out of style!”

The bike also gets new features including digital speedometer, up class control switches, hi intensity head lamp, high comfort seat and stylish aluminium grab rail.

TVS Scooty Zest is a new variant of the most popular feminine scooter, which is totally different from the existing variants. It looks more stylish and sporty with its new designing features like its unique tail lamp, turn indicators, elegant front apron and head lamp.

Scooty Zest is powered by a zippy 110cc CVT-i engine which also powers the powerful scooter Jupiter, which churns out 7.88bhp of maximum power. It returns best-in-class fuel economy of 62kmpl and also has some top notch features like 19 litre under seat space and backlit speedometer. Designed to partner the independent woman of today, TVS Scooty Zest will be available in 5 vibrant colours and with the promise of being a stylish and agile commuter.

Upgraded unisex scooter TVS Wego will also get both the technical and cosmetic updates as well. It gets new graphic design and dual tone paint scheme with three options Red, White and Grey, while black is common in all the three.

New Wego also gets the 110 CVT-i engine and other features, including digital speedo, tubeless tyres, parking brakes, an stylish new muffler and econometer. It is a ideal blend of stability, maneuverability, power and mileage for dual usage.
