TVS XL100 Launched in 6 more zones in India

TVS XL 100 has been launched in six more regions in India that includes Andaman Nicobar, Uttarakhand, Pondicherry, Kerala, Jharkhand and Bihar. XL 100 was first launched in Uttar Pradesh last year and later in Tamil Nadu on 25 January this year. TVS XL 100 comes with a price tag of Rs. 29,486 (ex-showroom, Pondicherry) and for other regions price may differ.
With the launch, the company is looking forward at targeting rural customers who need an efficient, economical and multi-utility two-wheeler. XL 100 is available in five colours namely Black, Red, Blue, Green and Gray. It is built on a rugged chassis and also has some feature as well such as broad twin seats, wide front platform, easy kick start, removable pillion seat, multi-reflector headlamp, large wheels and much more. It has a fuel tank of 4 liters capacity, total kerb weight of 75 kg and has a payload capacity of about 130 kg.
Powering the moped is 99.7cc, 4-stroke, single cylinder engine that develops a maximum power of 4bhp at 6000 rpm along with 6.3Nm of torque at 3500 rpm and this moped can hit a top speed of 60 kmph and returns a mileage of 67 kmpl (company claimed).
