Bajaj confirmed this news during the launch of the Pulsar NS400
Update: The Bajaj Freedom 125 CNG Bike has been launched in India at Rs 95,000 (ex-showroom)
The upcoming CNG bike from Bajaj is set to be launched in India on June 18, 2024, this has been confirmed by Bajaj during the launch of the Bajaj Pulsar NS400. The Bajaj CNG bike will be the first CNG powered motorcycle in India and will likely be called Bruzer according to recent patent filings.
We have seen it being tested multiple times in the past and this has given us a good idea of what we can expect from this upcoming Bajaj bike. In terms of design, the bike features a round headlight, braced handlebar and an overall boxy body work with a long single piece seat, under which the CNG tank is likely housed.
The bike will be powered by a 110cc-125cc sloper-like engine which could produce power equivalent to what a 100-125cc petrol powered engine would. The slopper-like design is likely used to keep the engine heat away from the fuel tank. The bike will likely come with a small petrol fuel tank, which can be used in case of emergencies.

In terms of underpinnings, the bike features a suspension setup consisting of a telescopic fork and monoshock and it rolls on what appears to be 17-inch wheels at both ends. Braking duties handled by a disc at front and drum at the rear.
The CNG bike is expected to come at a price of Rs 80,000 ex-showroom. With rising petrol prices and the range anxiety which comes with electric vehicles, the CNG bike will provide customers with a middle ground between petrol powered bikes and electric bikes and electric scooters.
