Here’s what the month has in store for us
We are definitely past the peak of the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. With the number of daily cases subsiding, it is likely that the lockdown restrictions will be eased in several parts of the country. Hence, we might witness a few launches this month. Here’s what’s coming our way:
2021 KTM RC 390
A generational update for the KTM RC 390 has been in the works for years. The final product is already at a few dealer yards and soon to hit the showrooms once the lockdown ends. From all the spy shots that we have come across, here’s what we know about the 2021 model.
2021 TVS Apache RR 310
Keeping the RC 390 in its crosshairs, TVS was ready with its annual update for the Apache RR 310 back in April itself. But the rise in COVID cases and ensuing lockdown postponed plans. But with the RC 390 almost here, now would be a good time for TVS to bring forth its challenger as well.
2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350
Had things gone according to plan, we should have already had our taste of the new J-series Royal Enfield Classic 350. But as it stands, we are yet to hear any details regarding the bike. In the meantime, you can refresh your memory on what you should be expecting from the refreshed roadster.
Yamaha FZ-X
June might also be the month that Yamaha decides to launch the FZ-X retro-styled commuter. Built on the FZ commuter, the FZ-X does look rather confused and not exactly attractive. Thankfully, the commuter genes would attract buyers.
Ducati Multistrada V4
The big Italian ADV will be arriving by the end of the month. As crazy as it sounds, the Ducati Multistrada V4 has been prepped to be a good tool to quench your thirst for adventure. And if you do not want to stray off the beaten path, the Multistrada V4 has the credentials to humble a litre-class sportbike on our roads.
BS6 Ducati Diavel 1260 & Panigale V4
The big V4 ADV is not the only bike the Italian manufacturer will be launching this month, the BS6 versions of the Diavel 1260 and the Panigale V4 are also coming with it. These two motorcycles are expected to go on sale by the end of the first week of June itself.
